Meta business and Page identifiers.
Lead Ads form information.
Information submitted by users through Meta Lead Ads forms, such as name, email address, phone number and answers provided in the form.
Technical information required to authenticate and maintain the integration.

We only access information associated with Facebook Pages and business assets that have been explicitly authorized by the business using the integration.

2. How We Use Information

Information received through Meta is used exclusively to provide the integration and automation services requested by our business clients.

Retrieving leads generated through Meta Lead Ads.
Transferring lead information to the CRM authorized by the business.
Creating or updating contacts and sales opportunities in the CRM.
Synchronizing information with Odoo or other CRM systems used by the business.
Executing automations requested or configured by the business.
Maintaining and troubleshooting the integration.

Lead information is processed for the purpose of allowing the advertiser that generated the lead to contact and manage the potential customer.

We do not use lead information from one client for the benefit of another client.

TigerLabs does not sell or rent personal information obtained through Meta.

Access to systems processing Meta data is restricted to authorized systems, personnel and service providers where necessary.

5. Meta Platform Data

Data obtained through Meta APIs is processed in accordance with the applicable Meta Platform Terms and policies.

TigerLabs Lead Connector only requests the permissions necessary to provide its functionality.

Depending on the services enabled by a business, these permissions may include access required to:

Identify authorized Facebook Pages.
Receive Meta Lead Ads events.
Retrieve information submitted through Lead Ads forms.
Connect the information with the authorized CRM.

Businesses can revoke access to the integration through their Meta account and business settings.

6. Data Retention

Personal information obtained through Meta is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the services requested by the relevant business, fulfill legitimate operational requirements, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

When the information is no longer required, it may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our applicable retention procedures.

7. Data Deletion Requests

Users may request access to or deletion of personal information associated with them where applicable.

Businesses using TigerLabs Lead Connector may also request the deletion of information processed through the integration.
